The sound journey
You’re invited to rest and receive. Using a variety of sounding tools, Chrisna weaves a listening experience inspired by the four elements: the steadiness of Earth, the flow of Water, the movement of Air and the warmth of Fire. Space and silence hold the sounds between them. Make yourself comfortable and listen. There is nothing to achieve, and no particular experience you need to have.

About Amy and Ancois
Amy and Ancois hold Fruition House, a home in Woodstock for the communities that gather here, among them the Psychedelic Society of South Africa, alongside Amy's private practice, Shamanic Therapy, which works at the meeting of sexuality, spirituality, trauma and the many ways we love and relate. Together they run the Shamanic Temple Nights, Queer Spirit Cape Town, and Beyond Monogamy SA. They're trained in psycare support, consent-forward and trauma-informed practice, and work toward genuine inclusion.
About Chrisna
Chrisna van Niekerk of Earth & Echo is a rhythm and sound facilitator who has spent over two decades inviting people back into their innate musical expression. Her circles begin from the belief that rhythm belongs to everyone. Through drumming, voice, movement and play, she creates spaces where we can move beyond performance and inhibition and let our own expression join a living collective sound.
