The journey
Gershan begins with Breathwork and Kanna Tea. The breathe will anchor us into our core. Connecting body mind and spirit. The Kanna tea then steps in to ask us to embrace stillness and open up the heart with its gentle embrace. Finally the journey of sound invites you to embodiment. To dance, to weave through aural landscapes…
Your hosts
About Amy and Ancois
Amy and Ancois hold Fruition House, a home in Woodstock for the communities that gather here, among them the Psychedelic Society of South Africa, alongside Amy's private practice, Shamanic Therapy, which works at the meeting of sexuality, spirituality, trauma and the many ways we love and relate. Together they run the Shamanic Temple Nights, Queer Spirit Cape Town, and Beyond Monogamy SA. They're trained in psycare support, consent-forward and trauma-informed practice, and work toward genuine inclusion.
About Gershan
Gershan Lombard was born in Ceres and grew up in Citrusdal, with his ancestry rooted in Khoi and San lineages. He spent many years travelling the world as a performer before his shamanic path led him to bring music into ceremonial settings. He describes his music as ancient messages channelled in modern times, and the sound of the indigenous bow as a call to an ancestral knowing available to everyone. He is a qualified Conscious Connected Breathwork Practitioner and completed teacher training in Celtic Breathwork under Mike O’Meara.

Bring comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion and a water bottle. Shoes come off at the door.

This is a queer, neurodivergent-supportive, nonmonogamous-affirming space for minority-group folks and allies, and it is consent-centred and trauma-informed.
